John F.
Kerscher received his B.A. in political science from
Marquette University in 1968 and his J. D. from Marquette in
1972. He has over thirty years of experience in all fields of
civil and criminal litigation, including the privilege of
arguing, successfully, on behalf of a Plaintiff Appellant before
the Supreme Court of the State of Wisconsin in the landmark case
of Sorenson v. Jarvis 119 Wis.2d 627, 350 N.W. 2d 108 (Wis
1984). He currently concentrates his practice to the
areas of personal injury, estate planning and probate, asset
protection and real estate.
Attorney Kerscher is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and
the Federal District Court trial bars for the Eastern and Western
District Courts of Wisconsin.
Attorney
Kerscher’s past affiliations include, Judicial Court
Commissioner, Racine County, member Board of
Governors, State Bar of Wisconsin, American Red Cross - Past
Chairman and Board Member, American Cancer Society, Racine
County - Past Chairman and Board Member, Racine Jaycees - Board
Member and Committee Chairperson, Town of Caledonia Fire and
Police Commissioner.
Attorney Kerscher
has always been actively involved in the community, and is
currently a board member for MARCO Services, Inc., a drug and
alcohol treatment center, and Peter’s Pantry, a
non-profit food pantry, both in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He
also serves on the Advancement Committee for Silver Lake

Sandra L.
Bucha received her B.A.. in History, with distinction, from
Stanford University in 1976 and her J.D. from Indiana
University in 1979. A former
prosecutor and public defender, Attorney Bucha has, for the past
sixteen years, concentrated her practice to the areas of personal
injury and criminal and medical malpractice litigation. Attorney Bucha
is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois and
Florida, is a member of the bar of the states of Wisconsin,
Illinois and Florida, and is a member of the Federal District
Court trial bars for the Northern and Central Districts of
Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Sandra is
also a member or The Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, and The
